Slapping on a Band-Aid Won’t Really Heal You

Healing from hurt can be difficult. Ever get a wound that was so bad and painful that you just didn’t want to mess with it? So instead you cover it up with a bandage so that you don’t have to deal with it or feel the pain. You just hoped that it would heal while it was covered up! Well, unfortunately, covering it up is a temporary fix that’s really not going to do much for the healing process. In fact, it might actually get worse and become infected!
